Bongoût is an independent artist-run space including, Re:Surgo! a silkscreen & design studio, an art publishing company and a retail store devoted to the diffusion and promotion of innovative creation.

We are located in Berlin-Mitte, Torstrasse 110 (the closest subway station is U-Rosenthaler Platz).

The store features original art, limited editions, prints, books, artist books, apparel, multiples and more.

Re:Surgo! is Bongoût's creative twin. It comprises a graphic design studio and a silkscreen atelier in which the artist duo Anna Hellsgård & Christian Gfeller create artist books, prints and design works. Both regularly join forces with artists and designers to create collaborative limited edition prints.

Their works have been exhibited worldwide and are in numerous museums and collections, such as the MOMA in NY, Harvard University's Fine Art Library, the State Museum of Berlin's Art Library, the Yale University Art Collection and more.

Among their clients past and present, Gfeller & Hellsgård count for example L&M, Vice, Casio, Sony, Converse, Camel as well as hundreds of rock bands and underground music labels.

Re:Surgo! is represented by Bongoût, Bellevue (avant-garde illustration agency for the printed matter) and Booklyn Artists Alliance.


Bellevue is an independent artist-run agency that representing contemporary talents in avant-garde illustration.
Bellevue artists come from many different backgrounds, such as graphic design, painting, graphic art &abstract art, yet they all have in common a striving to expand the field of illustration, stretch the rules, breathe some fresh air and visual excitement onto printed matter and show that illustration can be avant-garde.

Bellevue was founded in 2010 by artists and illustrators Jakob Hinrichs, Christian Gfeller, Anna Hellsgård & Katia Fouquet.
